"Adventurer beats odds to canoe paddle solo across Atlantic Ocean."

In this article, a man with a childhood dream to discover the ocean alone in canoe!  Gabor Rakonczay a architect from Hungary, on a low budget creates a canoe and technology to travel across the Atlantic ocean. Setting a world record and also coming home twenty days before schedule his childhood dream was achieved! With little technology and a technological failure due to water damage his family had little contact with him and started to worry. The only way his was able to warn other ships of his exsistance was to light flairs and send them into the air above the wall of twelve foot high waves. That's sketchy! Voyages like Mr. Rakonczay was made before in kayaks and rowboats, but now a canoe and done by a single person! wc=130
