"The key to a perfect night's sleep."

In this article, they say that some little changes in your daily routine before bed can improve your deep sleep, and make you feel more refreshed in the morning. Going to bed at exactly ten o'clock and reading something interesting can help you fall asleep faster. Watching television and talking on the phone while doing chores, cooking cleaning laudary before bed is considered down time where you relax. After a stressed day having dinner around eight o'clock and having a cup of tea around nine ten before you finally go to sleep will help you. Also the side of the bed and which direction you sleep in will also affect it too. Sleeping on your dommitnit side and on the right side of the bed will also help you fall asleep faster.
